The hotel was situated in a nice location with a lagoon view, though a bit hideous. The rooms were massive with plenty of cupboard space but had no hot water for bathing and were positioned between two loud generators making noise round the clock. The staff was friendly but offered very slow service, often simply saying 'SORRY' without resolving issues. The dining experience, while good, seemed more suitable for two people rather than one based on the room type I paid for. The hotel's facilities were satisfactory overall.
